To pair each species in the tank with the light actually measured at its position, so placement decisions can be reviewed against data rather than recalled impressions.
Published light figures per species are scarce and rarely given as numbers. What this tank can contribute is the measured PPFD at a known position alongside the observed performance of the plant there over months. That is not a biological requirement, but it is evidence.
